Our story
Founded by hardware engineers and supply-chain veterans, A9 Watch focuses on a single category and goes deep — 4G LTE smart tracking devices for elderly care, child safety, and asset tracking. We believe global partners deserve the same engineering rigor and accountability they would get from a domestic supplier.
Manufacturing capabilities
Our 12,000m² facility runs SMT, plastic injection, ultrasonic welding, IPX testing, and final assembly in-house. Monthly capacity exceeds 200,000 units, with traceable QC at every stage. We support OEM/ODM with private-label firmware, packaging, and accessories.
Quality control
Every batch is sampled across four inspection gates: incoming material (IQC), in-process (IPQC), outgoing (OQC), and reliability (drop, salt-spray, IP68 immersion). We hold CCC, ROHS, and IP68 certifications, with patents on the anti-disassembly buckle and a registered software copyright on the companion app.
Designed for partners, not consumers
We don't sell to end-users. Everything we ship is built for distributors, system integrators, and operators who need reliable bulk supply, predictable lead times, and a manufacturer that picks up the phone. Standard MOQ is 100 pieces. Lead time is 25–35 days from PO confirmation to FOB Shenzhen.
